Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 1 pm. For check in or check out outside the established hours (early check-in or late check-out) an additional charge is generated and must be requested in advance. According to occupancy, this service is subject to availability. Our hotel is 100% smoke free. The room will be reserved for the guest who made the reservation and if this is for another guest, the person’s data and personal guarantee must be provided.It is necessary to contact the Hotel directly to request rooms with specific details such as number of beds, non-smoking, accessible for wheel chairs, panoramic view, etc. since these are confirmed according to availability.
Reservation cancellations are allowed within 24 hours prior to the guest's arrival date. Outside this period, all guaranteed reservations will be subject to a charge of one night plus tax and subsequent nights will be automatically cancelled. A reservation is only considered cancelled and will be exempt from this policy if the cancellation is made within 24 hours and is supported by a cancellation number. A cancellation sent by fax or email after office hours will not be valid. Please require a cancellation number. In case the guest does not make use of the confirmed reservation, he/she will incur a No Show charge which is equivalent to one night's accommodation plus taxes or in case of a prepaid or non-refundable reservation will incur a 100% charge of the total amount of the stay. Non-resident guests in Colombia may apply VAT exemption for lodging in accordance with current regulations.
All guests must present a valid identification document. We adhere to Law 679 of 2001 and sexual exploitation of minors, therefore, it is prohibited the entry of the same with adults other than their parents, unless they present a notarized document in which their parents authorize the stay of the minor with the accompanying adult.

It is forbidden to deteriorate the furniture, decoration or property of the Hotel giving it an improper destination from its service.
It is not allowed to carry out any act that causes damages to the Hotel or to the guests or is contrary to decorum of social behavior. The company reserves the right to terminate the hosting service in the event of a breach of the prohibition, therefore the guest is not entitled to a reduction in the lodging account or service received being also obligated to the payment of compensation for damages caused by his own actions.
Minors must be always under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
